Front slit is an activity that involves great flexibility which where you can bend and stretch out your body. The front split is not easy for everyone who haven’t undergone any training or any warm up exercises. Front, forward or straddle split is usually used by gymnasts.

Maybe it takes within 3 months routine just to reach the perfect front split. But I’m certain that every one of us could actually do it when you followed these tips if you do this in 5 minutes, 3 times a week. You should consume 20 minutes per session for warm up and stretching both of your front splits every training.
